Please complete as much as you can, as accurately and honestly as you can If an advert is found to be "Not as Described", or “ LINK FROM OUR WEBSITE TO YOUR WEBSITE” we reserve the right to remove the advert from our database. So in the interest of everyone, please be truthful.

By ADDING your EMAIL ADDRESS to your advert, be aware that you might receive strange email requests from scammers, who usually, but not always, live overseas, and who offer you much more money than your property is worth, and offer to send you a Cashiers Cheque, but ask you to give them, or one of their colleagues/agents, a cheque for the difference.
The cheque sent in the post to cover the cost of the item is likely to be stolen or a forgery but may well be cleared by the bank initially. Some time later when it is revealed that the cheque is not genuine, payment will be stopped and the seller will not only loose their goods but the balance as well.
SO BE AWARE. If you do not leave your email make sure that you have left a Telephone number or Mobile number so that people can contact you. To be safe, we would advise that you always get legal advice before proceeding on any deal.
